At FreshMinds Academy, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal information.
- Your account credentials and profile details
- All course and chapter progress
- Exam scores, attempts, and answer submissions
- Competition rankings and points
- Active program access and subscriptions
Option 1: Delete Directly Inside the App (Instant)
You can instantly delete your account at any time using the mobile app:
- Open the FreshMinds Academy app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Select Account Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm by entering your password.
Your account, authentication tokens, and local cache will be immediately and permanently wiped.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request account deletion by emailing our privacy team.
Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email from your registered email address or provide your registered Ethiopian phone number to:

Please include:
- Your Full Name
- Your Registered Phone Number (+251...)
- Your Registered Email Address (if applicable)
Our team will process your request and permanently remove your records within 7 business days.

Upon account deletion, all personal data, learning records, exam sessions, and device tokens are permanently removed from our active databases. Certain transactional or audit records may be retained only if required to comply with statutory legal and tax obligations.
